A unique session designed to stretch and strengthen the body. Based on yoga, pilates and calisthenics; power stretching helps to increase strength & endurance, improve flexibility & mobility, promote relaxation & recovery whilst reducing the risk of injury.

Power stretching is suitable for all and due to our 1-1 tuition, you will work closely with your teacher on tailor-made practice that focuses on your individual needs.

Power stretching can be done as a workout in itself or as a supplement to your training schedule.
